Arabis ferdinandi-coburgi ‘Variegata’/ Variegated Alpine Rock Cress
Variegated Alpine Rock Cress is a dense herbaceous evergreen perennial which forms a very low mat of rounded, small, deeply cut narrow leaves that are green streaked with white. Small, lightly scented white flowers in spring rise above this very attractive groundcover.
It is excellent for edging and in the rock garden. Great between flagstones. Can also be used in alpine troughs or mixed containers. Let it grow over walls and trailing along slopes for a softening effect. It is great in particularly hot spots in the garden, drought tolerant, once established.
