Delosperma 'Jewel of Desert Garnet'/Ice Plant

A low growing, succulent, native to South Africa. Suprisingly hardy in North America with brillant red daisy-like flowers with hot pink rings and gold centers rising above the foliage from late spring to mid fall. Its attractive small succulent narrow leaves are grayish green in colour. As an added bonus, the foliage turns a gorgeous burgundy in the fall.

Perfect for xeriscapes, rock gardens, slopes and sandy soils or tucked into crevices or even containers. Good drainage is essential for it's survival.
